HRS secures its biggest heat exchanger order to date

HRS Heat Exchangers, a leading global provider of efficient heat transfer solutions, has secured its largest component order to date, valued at $3.8 million. The heat exchangers, intended for a major environmental project for a North American client, are scheduled for delivery in late 2024.

This order includes a combination of 6m and 10m long heat exchanger modules (384 in total), utilizing nearly 10 km of tubing and the effective corrugated tube technology that HRS is renowned for. Collectively, these exchangers feature 2,268 flanges and over 18,000 nuts and bolts.

The construction of these units is taking place at HRS Heat Exchangers’ global manufacturing facility in Murcia, Spain. Once finalized, the 126 tonnes of equipment will be shipped in 18 containers. The system comprises various modules designed to carry out heating, cooling, and heat recovery tasks as part of a renewable energy initiative.

Following the production of our largest evaporator last year, this order underscores our ongoing global expansion.”
