Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. (“Montrose” or “the Company”) (NYSE: MEG), a rapidly growing global environmental services company, has completed the acquisition of Epic Environmental Pty Ltd, a prominent environmental consultancy in Australia.
The senior leadership team of Epic Environmental, including founders Mark Breitfuss and Brad May, will join Montrose’s Consulting and Engineering division, which falls under the Company’s Remediation and Reuse segment. The specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Brisbane, with additional offices in Sydney, Mudgee, Adelaide, and Darwin, Epic Environmental operates as an environmental science and engineering consultancy, catering to clients across Australia.
The consultancy’s team comprises engineers, scientists, geologists, planners, and ecologists, offering a wide array of services such as environmental planning, contaminated land management, waste management and remediation, as well as environmental and compliance audits.
Serving diverse industries and sectors, Epic Environmental’s client base includes numerous top industrial, resources, and energy services companies in Australia.
