Watts Water Technologies appoints Kenneth Napolitano to its Board of Directors.

Watts Water Technologies made an announcement regarding the appointment of Kenneth Napolitano to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the Board selected Mr. Napolitano to join the Governance and Sustainability Committee.

Mr. Napolitano’s career includes serving as Senior Vice President and President of Xylem, Inc.’s Applied Water Systems and Americas Commercial Team from 2017 until his retirement in 2020, and holding the same positions at Xylem from 2011 to 2017. Xylem, a global provider of water and wastewater solutions, separated from ITT Corporation in 2011.

Before this separation, Mr. Napolitano held various management roles at ITT from 1998 to 2011, encompassing responsibilities such as overseeing Residential and Commercial Water, the Industrial Products Group, Sales and Service Operations in the Americas, Pump Smart Control Solutions, and Distributor Sales. Prior to his tenure at ITT, Mr. Napolitano worked in sales and sales management at Goulds Pumps, Inc. from 1984 to 1998, which later became part of ITT in 1997.

“Ken is a seasoned global executive with almost four decades of experience in the water and industrial process markets,” said Robert J. Pagano, Jr., Watts Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairperson of the Board. “We believe Ken’s deep understanding of our industry, products and sales channels will be a valuable asset to our Board in the areas of new product and solution development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.”
