RSE has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with DuPont Water Solutions, creating a strategic partnership aimed at providing top-tier modular membrane technology solutions to the water markets in the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
This collaboration merges DuPont’s exceptional membrane offerings with RSE’s original equipment manufacturer (OEM) design, engineering, and project execution expertise, leveraging their combined strengths to meet the needs of municipal, industrial, and commercial water and wastewater clients throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Kes Juskowiak, Managing Director of RSE, and Alexander Lane, EMEA Commercial Director at DuPont, during a DuPont Technical Seminar hosted at DuPont’s Global Water Technology Center in Tarragona.
The two companies will investigate opportunities in various technological domains, particularly focusing on membrane bioreactor (MBR) systems for municipal wastewater treatment, industrial effluent management, and water reuse.
RSE plans to utilize DuPont’s reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes in Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI)-compliant drinking water solutions for desalination, recycling, and the removal of emerging contaminants, alongside DuPont’s IngeTM PES ultrafiltration modules for DWI-regulated drinking water applications.
This alliance is non-exclusive and is founded on mutual aspirations, demonstrating the market the advantages of combining DuPont’s leadership in membrane technology with RSE’s established expertise in modular delivery.
