The National Water Company (NWC), through its Water Business Unit in the Al-Jouf Region, has commenced the delivery of desalinated water to the Al-Murouj District in Al-Qurayyat Governorate via transmission lines from the drinking water purification facility located in Basita Center.
The company reported that this initiative benefits over 1,600 residents, following the expansion of water networks by more than 7,000 meters. NWC also stated that approximately 1,000 cubic meters will be transported daily through the transmission lines from the purification facility to Al-Murouj District.
NWC clarified that the goal of this project is to enhance the coverage of drinking water networks in the area, aligning with NWC’s strategy to improve services offered to customers throughout all regions of the Kingdom.
