
Arunachal Pradesh Invites Bids for Installation of 500 Solar Water Pumps of Varying Capacities
Arunachal Pradesh Energy Development Agency (APEDA) has issued a tender for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of DC solar water pumping systems in various locations throughout Arunachal Pradesh, particularly in the Papum Pare district.
The tender covers the entire process, includes surveying, design, manufacturing, transportation, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the systems.
The project adheres to the specifications established by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The tender also includes provisions for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for five years after installation.
This is an open tender, with bids invited from Indian companies or entities that are eligible to compete. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by the deadline of February 23, 2024.
The tender documents, which provide detailed information about the project requirements and specifications, are available for download after paying a document fee of INR 5000.
To participate in the bidding process, bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 3,479,000. The total tender value is estimated at INR 17.39 crore.
The scope of work covers the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment and design to long-term maintenance and operation of the solar water pumping systems.
Interested parties, including joint ventures, consortia, sub-contractors, and bid consulting firms, can obtain additional information and documents about the tender from the designated tendering authority.
