
Global infrastructure firm AECOM has acquired Allen Gordon LLP, a prominent provider of technical design and advisory services in the water and energy sectors of the U.K. and Ireland.
The company stated that integrating the Allen Gordon team will enhance its positioning ahead of significant anticipated investments exceeding £250 billion in the water and energy markets over the next decade.

Established in 1971, the Allen Gordon team has cultivated long-standing relationships with major growth clients in the area, including leading water utilities and renewable energy providers. AECOM noted that the inclusion of the Allen Gordon team positions its UK&I Water and Energy teams to better enhance their offerings to the existing client base.
