Sulzer has announced the acquisition of Davies and Mills, a prominent electromechanical services (EMS) provider located in Bahrain. This acquisition enhances Sulzer’s presence in the Middle East, increasing its service locations to six and integrating 53 former Davies and Mills employees into the Sulzer team in Bahrain. The deal was finalized in January 2025, adding significant expertise to Sulzer’s offerings.
Sulzer is committed to investing in the Middle East, marking the establishment of its sixth service center in just six years, thereby greatly expanding its regional reach. This growth highlights Sulzer’s dedication to providing comprehensive, in-region support tailored to the needs of industrial clients. The new facility will deliver maintenance and repair services for rotating equipment, including generators, alternators, motors, and pumps, while enhancing its presence in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
