
SUEZ has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a majority interest in Gruppo Ecosistem, an independent firm specializing in industrial waste processing and recovery. This acquisition enhances SUEZ’s presence in Italy and strengthens its position in high-value services, aligning with the Group’s strategic growth objectives.
