This event gathers ministers, high-ranking officials, experts, leaders, and decision-makers from across the globe.

Spanning two days, from November 2 to 3, the forum reflects the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on sustainability, improving resource management efficiency, and advancing the infrastructure of the water sector.

This year’s forum boasts significant participation, featuring over 50 speakers, more than 15 panel discussions and presentations, along with an exhibition hosting over 25 local and international exhibitors.

The forum aims to foster collaboration among key stakeholders in the water sector by creating a platform for sharing best practices, exchanging knowledge, and exploring innovative solutions that promote sustainability in the water sector within Saudi Arabia and throughout the Middle East and North Africa. It also aspires to facilitate strategic partnerships and meaningful dialogues, ensuring inclusive representation across the sector while leveraging collective insights for ongoing enhancement and water security.

Designed as a high-level platform for government officials, industry leaders, and CEOs, the event encourages focused discussions that contribute to developing shared visions and practical solutions for the future of water.

The first day features panel discussions addressing water security and its future challenges, governance and policies, institutional partnerships, GCC collaboration in the water sector, and the private sector’s role in improving project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. A special session titled “World Water Forum 2027 – From Riyadh to the World: A Legacy of Water Sustainability” will also take place.

On the second day, sessions will explore topics such as encouraging investment in the water sector, financing water infrastructure projects, “Sustainable Desalination and Renewable Energy: Design and Implementation,” “Best Practices of EPC Contractors in Implementing PPP Water Infrastructure Projects,” “Legal Frameworks for Public-Private Partnerships,” and a “Case Study: New Bankable PPP Models.”
