Successful Witness Test for GRUNDFOS Water Pumps at Al-Mousa Trade CO. Facility in Riyadh
Al-Mousa Trading CO. recently conducted a comprehensive witness test for Grundfos water pumps as part of the Arar University Project at its facility in Riyadh. The test was carried out with active participation from consultant, contractor, and the end user.
During the test, it carefully validated the following key technical parameters to ensure the pumps meet all project specifications:
- Flow Rate & Head: The pumps successfully met the required flow and head specifications, ensuring optimal performance for the project.
- Efficiency: We verified the efficiency of each pump, ensuring long-term reliability and energy savings.
- Power (KW): Power consumption was monitored to ensure the pumps operate within the expected energy usage.
- Amperage & Voltage: Both average amperage and voltage were checked to confirm the pumps’ electrical performance aligns with project requirements.
- NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head): NPSH was tested in feet to ensure the pumps handle suction conditions effectively without cavitation.
- Vibration Levels: Vibration levels were monitored to confirm smooth and quiet operation.
- RPM (Revolutions Per Minute): RPM was verified to ensure the pumps run at the specified speed, maintaining consistent performance.
This successful witness test confirms that the pumps will perform efficiently and reliably for the Arar University Project.
