Nijhuis Saur Industries completes the acquisition of Veolia’s European Mobile Water Services division

The Nijhuis Saur Industries’ Mobile Water Solutions branch now serves as the company’s global mobile water services platform (NSI).

The unified, cutting-edge MWS fleet has a base of assets that includes 500 mobile units, seven depots, and several ion exchange regeneration stations and maintenance facilities around Europe, where 50 million litres of resin are regenerated each year.

MWS also works with a variety of industrial applications and has more than 80 highly qualified individuals working for it in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Sweden.

Customers of MWS will have access to the most cutting-edge technology for water and wastewater treatment, including biogas production, energy production, and resource recovery, as well as the services of the Industrial Water Services division of Saur Group.

Following consultation with Veolia employee representative bodies and receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, the acquisition has been completed under the terms announced on May 9 of this year.
