Global provider of hollow fibre nanofiltration (HFNF) technology NX Filtration has appointed Jan Feie Zwiers as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from August 1, 2024.
Zwiers will succeed Mark Luttikhuis, who is stepping down from the position on June 30, 2024, to pursue a career outside NX Filtration.
Zwiers will join NX Filtration as the CFO on August 1, 2024, and the supervisory board will nominate him for appointment as a member of the management board at an upcoming general meeting of shareholders.
Zwiers has a track record of managerial experience and a strong financial background. Since 2010, he has held the position of group finance and control director and executive board member at BDR Thermea group, a global manufacturer and distributor of smart indoor climate solutions to building owners and users.
Prior to that, he held various finance and control positions at De Dietrich Remeha group and Stork. Zwiers holds an executive master of finance and control from the University of Amsterdam and a master of science in business administration from Tilburg University.
Benno van Dongen, a member of NX Filtration’s supervisory board, remarked, “[Zwiers] brings relevant industrial experience as a finance professional for NX Filtration. Zwiers will be a valuable addition in shaping the next stages of NX Filtration’s growth journey.”
