NX Filtration announces new CEO.

NX Filtration has announced the appointment of Floris Jan Cuypers as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1, 2024. Cuypers will lead the company through its next growth phase, succeeding Jeroen Pynenburg, who will step down as CEO on July 31, 2024.

Cuypers brings a strong track record of executive leadership, with experience in driving commercial impact and operational excellence. Between 2018 and 2023, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at ERIKS, a global industrial service provider.

He also held an interim CEO role for the company’s Dutch operations. Since 2023, Cuypers has been the COO at SHV Energy, a provider of decentralized, low-carbon and clean energy solutions.

Floris Jan Cuypers, a Dutch national, holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.

In addition to the leadership change, NX Filtration has reported its half-year 2024 revenues of €5.9 million, a 57% increase compared to the first half of 2023. The company has also reconfirmed its full-year revenue outlook.

uypers will be nominated for appointment as a member of NX Filtration’s Management Board at an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on September 6, 2024.
