Netzsch Pumps & Systems is enhancing its peristaltic pump range with the introduction of the new Peripro tube pump. Peripro tube pump has been specifically designed for rigorous dosing tasks that demand continuous operation, such as in wastewater management.
This pump features a hermetically sealed design to prevent any medium from leaking in the event of a tube failure, thus avoiding contamination and potential environmental harm.
Additionally, the Peripro is equipped with a leakage sensor that identifies tube failures early, enabling prompt operator intervention to mitigate further issues.
Like all Netzsch peristaltic pumps, the Peripro has only one wear component: the tube. Unlike other dosing pumps, the Peripro operates without electronics, resulting in lower maintenance expenses and reduced downtime.
This new peristaltic tube pump is versatile and applicable in various fields. While its primary use is in wastewater treatment, it can also effectively dose chemical substances such as lime milk or additives in the food sector, provided they do not necessitate specific certifications.
