This strategic move will allow each division to implement targeted growth strategies while upholding the expertise and operational excellence that have characterized Metito’s 66-year legacy in the water industry.
The reorganization will result in three standalone group companies, each concentrating on its specific expertise and growth opportunities:
1. Metito Utilities: Previously functioning as an independent entity, this division will continue its focus on investing in, developing, and managing water and wastewater concessions over the long term.
2. Metito Water Projects (METIPRO): This group will maintain its emphasis on delivering high-value engineering, design, and construction solutions tailored to water infrastructure projects and urban water requirements.
3. Metito Chemical Solutions (METICHEM): This division will persist in offering advanced water treatment chemicals, along with operation, maintenance, and customer-service engineered packages.
