Independent power producer BNZ has awarded Exus Renewables an asset management contract for 350 MW of solar projects located across Spain.
Exus will provide comprehensive technical and financial asset management services for 11 solar projects and one holding company, which are scheduled to commence commercial operations between May 2024 and June 2025.
Exus will utilize its proprietary solar optimization and reporting tool, BlueSky, to offer BNZ advice and insights that will enable complete oversight and performance benchmarking across all projects.
The goal is to enhance the output and profitability of the solar assets. Prior to the commercial operating dates, Exus will also assist BNZ with detailed financial planning and reporting to prepare the projects for successful operations while mitigating any potential financial risks.
